All of the recipes sound good.............
This one is so simple and you don't have to do anything to them.
Wash them, wrap them in aluminum foil individually and bake them at 350 degrees for an hour then serve. You don't have to add anything if you don't want, it is naturally sweet and healthy that way.

fried sweet potato's in butter . just like pan fried potato's who taught you how to spell potato's anyway ???

I basically just add butter, brown sugar, Cinnamon and pecans bake them together. The kids really like it.

I either:
Roast them
Halve them and pan fry them in butter and honey
Mash them with a little garlic butter
Or deep fry them like chips!
