As a black man, I can only say that compared to me and my fellow bro's, everybody is brilliant!

Because of the schools and their parents. Those two things make or break a student.
But then again, I went to a College Preparatory Roman Catholic High School in the Chicagoland area (Illinois, USA) and I had/have awesome parents. So, it really depends on if you have the motivation to take what you're given and do something with it.

I don't think that they are more brilliant then anyone else.I think that both student and parent give a greater importance and emphasis on education.More then other groups as a whole.

They're good at taking standardized tests, but they rank considerably lower in knowledge retention, and among the lowest in actual enjoyment of education.

Because there parents raise them with huge structure and are very strick. I live in hawaii and have many asian friends. I guess its just the asain way. They acutally care and work with there kids..i bet all parents in america couldnt say that.
