Does someone here know how to make the soft breads like they do in Breadtalk in Asia?

Does someone also know how they make those smiley faces and designs on their rolls and breads? Really cute designs. I see them pipe some paste on their breads but don't know what it is made of. Help pls.

Smile Sandwiches -

Make cheese sandwiches with white bread. Using a cookie cutter, cut the bread into a circle. Add a smile using sliced olives for eyes and vegetables (red pepers, cucumbers, carrot strips) for mouths.
