What is the latest version. XP or 2003

I always go for the latest software as it is likely to be that bit more slick and as 2003 was released sometime ago then any bugs are less prominent (well less prominent than usual for a Microsoft product).
Outlook 2003 has much better user interface in my opinon. As for the rest of the products the range - well I think that you will notice very little difference. Most of the changes are in higher end functions for which most people have no use however this trys to be the rolls royce of office software therefore high end function are important.

The latest version is Microsoft Office XP.

2003 is the newest. XP came out in 2001. Also, you can only run Office XP if you are running Windows XP Professional.

If you are running Windows Xp Then go for Office Xp..

i think office 2003 is better
