this is with canned not frozen but you can use either as long as they are thawed...

SIMPLE PEACH COBBLER

2 (16 oz.) cans peach slices w/juice
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Lay peaches and juice in bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of peaches. Dot with the butter. Sprinkle pecans or other type of nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cobbler is golden. Serve warm with ice cream. This makes several servings.

My guess would be: Thaw the peaches and mix with butter. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Lay the peaches in a baking dish and spoon on cake mix. One box will probably be enough for 2-3 9x13 inch pans. Bake.
The alternate might be to pour in all the cake mix first and then put the peaches over it.
