.Don't worry. You sound like me. I recently gave birth and for the first 6 months I lost weight...but let me assure you the last three you gain and make up for it. It will come. Never be anxious about gaining weight, Your weight does not affect your baby especially if you are a small person anyway.

Hemoglobin can be easily increased by combining Vits C, E and cheated iron supplements. If you are not a vegetarian eat lean red meat 2 or 3 times a week. For information on foods containing iron go to http://www.bchealthguide.org/healthfiles/hfile68d.stm

Sounds like you may need to pay closer attention to your nutrition. I recommend eating 80 grams of protein and 2,000 cals a day to my pregnant ladies.

I wouldn't worry too much about your weight if your doctor isn't. Your baby doesn't gain much weight each month that it would make a drastic difference in your weight. With both of my kids I didnt gain much at all until the end of the pregnancy.

Don't worry about your weight. As long as you eat enough nutritious food (protein, healthy fats and fresh vegetables) and drink lots of water you will be fine.
