Yes, because technically you are still in control of the vehicle. Same as an airline pilot isn't allowed to drink before flying a plane - even though the plane is pretty much always on autopilot.

Yes of course. Planes have autopilot and they still have to be piloted. Because, stuff happens, and that is unpredictable. When stuff happens, someone has to be there to override the autopilot and deal with the stuff.

I would say it is possible.

A friend was given a DUI while sleeping it off in the parking lot of a bar. He had the keys to the vehicle in his possession and that stood up in court.

Some of the laws in this country are getting ridiculous.

i would think yeah u could get a dui, u would still have to turn on the auto pilot and most people when they've been drinking, say "i can drive".

I hope so what if auto pilot breaks down can a drunk stop and park a car safely .........Probably not! Best to avoid alcohol with traffic.
