all you can do is take a chance and go for it! if she don't like it she will say stop or don't do it again! truthfully if a guy i liked came up behind me and say kissed the back of my neck i would love it! and if your chatting and she asks for it then she most likely wants you to make a move! i have chatted with someone and we sent kisses back and forth in the IM's and we met face to face and i think i would like for him to kiss me for real!

Hey, you could be the hottest guy on the planet, but if insist of talking like "dat", I'd lose interest REALLY fast! I'd ask to take her on a date first. Maybe she's very promiscuous? Ever think of how many other guys she asks for "pecks" or "kisses"? If she doesn't want to kiss you in public, thats a real big huge RED flag right there. Obviously she is embarrased by you. So get out the ol' dictionary and study up.

OMG!!! She is SO in to you and you can't tell?! You must be "love blind"! I think that she would LOVE it if a guy were to be sweet enough to give her a kiss on the cheek or hand, and she's basically begging you to give her a little affection. So, give it to her!
