Some of the more esoteric JudeoChristian traditions believe there is no functional difference, that Jesus was supremely effective in using the gifts God gives all of humanity.
Consider, if you will:
1) Both magic and miracles operate outside the usual parameters of reality, i.e., water turns to wine, wine to blood, men become beasts, and beasts, men.
2) Both magic and miracles require faith on the part of the one desiring these changes. Without faith in self or another supernatural entity, nothing happens.
3) The one seeking the changes *should* have some idea as to how to gain these changes -- through prayer, fasting, dancing, drumming or whatever -- and a system that explains why they work. It does not necessarily have to be complex -- there are a world of anecdotes about the "God Help!" type prayer and the newbie with a need and a voodoo doll -- but it helps immensely if you have *reason* to believe something will work. Whether the power is ascribed to JWHW, Isis or some dark and unknown evil force is a function of the belief system, not of the reality-changing power itself.
Thank you for your time.

A miracle is thought to come directly from a deity or outside force, with no intervention from the recipient other than perhaps asking for it (like prayer).
In a spell, a person takes a more proactive stance, by moving the energy themselves.
Yes - what Jesus is said to have done was certainly spellcasting. That's not an opinion - it's the definition of the word.
Spells and witchcraft, incidentally, have NOTHING to do with Satan. Witches don't believe in Satan.

Miracles are done by the power of God and suspends the laws of nature.
Spells work with the power of demons using natural causes they cannot suspend the laws of nature (only as it seems sometimes).
One example of a true miracle is the raising of the dead as has occured several times in the lives of the saints. Spells and demons can never raise the dead.

I will ignore those definitions because they deserve to be ignored. But to answer the question "What's the difference between a miracle and spells from witchcraft":
Same as the difference between a child being born and a politician making a grab for power.

look closely~A word or formula BELIEVED to have magic power.
A miracle isn't "believed" to be the work of God, it IS the work of God~
It says in the bible not to suffer (let) a witch to live. Which that is just black magic, which is bad. But Wiccan's do not believe in harming anyone, the crede is "Do as you will and harm none"
(something like that don't get mad if I dont have it perfect, I'm a christian but believe to each his own in religion and everything else, its not my place to judge)

No wizard or spellcaster ever has done what Christ has done. Yes magic spells have some power (from satan btw) but they are nothing compared to what God can do.
Remember when Moses threw down his staff and it became a snake? And so did Pharaoh's subjects, except that Moses' snake ate all their snakes.

Not really. Jesus did not perform any of the miracles - the miracles were executed by GOD's leave and GOD's power alone. A sorcerer uses other sources of power to conduct their "miracles" and they are very rarely, if ever, to serve the greater glory of GOD. Far more likely they are used to serve a selfish purpose. And it is written that power not from GOD can only come from one other place, a dark and terrible place.

No formula included. Jesus miracles was divine inspirations and blessings or good works. Spells and witchcraft is idolatry and demonic or evil works outside of God but operated by Satan.

The power for a miracle comes from God. The power from a spell comes from Satan.

The way I *hear* it, if you cast a spell and give credit to yourself for the miraculous outcome, it's considered "negative", but it you pray for a miracle, and give the glory to "God" for the positive outcome, then it is a "miracle".
