It has already happened. Before Jesus was crucified, satan could go to heaven. Satan could goto heaven in OT times read Job chaper 1.

Jesus defeated satan at calvary, he is now only allowed to stay on the earth. But he is not finished yet. When you stab a serpent, it still swings around and causes as much damage untill it dies.

BTW Michael is Jesus. Look at Daniel 10 how he is described, Then look at revelation 1 how Jesus is described.

Also Michael means prince of princes.

Though I do not think it states in the bible (someone else may be able to point you to a vers if it does state), but I beleive it happened before Adam and Eve were exiled from the Garden of Eden.

It has already happened. Read Job where Satan could come and go as he pleased. But he has came down to earth now and woe is us.

war has already taken place in Heaven. Satan has been restricted to the vicinity of the earth (in 1914)............... that's why there is so much turmoil on this earth today.
