If she has genital herpes then you shouldn't give her oral sex. Herpes simplex virus 2 (typically genital herpes) can cause oral herpes (cold sores) too.
Since genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease there really is no sexual activities you can do without getting the virus, if the other person has it.

If you engage in oral sex, you can still contract the herpes virus. You'll get it in the form of cold sores, plus the virus will live in you forever. don't do it
