try eating more salads, vegetables,(not frenchfries) if you eat potatoes get baked.you should walk if possible,or dance at home, look on internet and get some exercises.like situps and thigh exercises. at your age your metabolism is probably good enough if you only weigh 120 at 16. You should get some oatmeal soap for eczema. also try to get some vitamins. try to get some sunlight and fresh air.

Do you know how to cook?
Eat lots of Fresh Veggies, and Fresh Fruit, Fresh Salads.
Don't drink a lot of Soda (Coke,Pepsi,Sprite)etc.
Drink Milk. and Water.
Lay off the Potatoe Chips, French Fries, Pizza. Hamburgers.
Start jogging, if you can't jog then start Walking just a little bit at the time. Down the street and back. then 1/2 way around the block, then around the block, you'll get stronger and feel better too.
No smoking either.
Good luck.

You've got to stop with the take-away as much as possible. I lost 20kg. I cut out as many fatty foods as I could. I had cereal and a cuppa for b'fast, a sandwich (no butter or marge.) for lunch, and usually meat and veggies for dinner. I walked for 1 hour every day and and either did Pilate's or toning exercises at night after the kids were asleep,( from a video or DVD). It cost me nothing,(except the new clothes I had to buy- but I could handle that!) If mum isn't prepared to help,do the cooking yourself- I'm sure she'd at the least appreciate your help. Once you start to see results, you'll want to keep going!

Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, some lean meats and fish. The less processed foods the better, drink loads of water - not cordial or sodas. And yes, excersize if you can - even if its just a walk around the neighbourhood - 30+ mins a day if possible. Plenty of sites to advise on healthy diet. Remember moderation.

then learn to cook. i learned how to cook at your age. cooking your own food gives you the power to feed yourself and not depend on your mom too much. it's not her fault that she doesn't have time to cook for you because she has to work, so take the situation to your own hands. learn your ingredients and what benefits they give in terms to health and nutrition.
if you've tried cooking and can't cook, then look at your directory and look for healthy takeout places, i'm sure there's many. the key to eating healthy in take out is to not supersize everything, choose veggies more, and the method of cooking, if it's fried, then don't order it.
before i forget, exercise also. key to having a healthy lifestyle is to NEVER have a sedentary day. always move and and do something in order to consume calories, because no matter how much you eat, if you're sedentary, you'll gain weight.
