If you are talking about Oil Field employees --- you need to go back to the drawing board with this question because the employees or employed by and American Company that has a Contract with another country -- you are talking apples and oranges ----

Very good point. A lot of Americans do see illegals as taking all of our jobs, whlie we continue to outsource jobs. Although, it wouldn't quite balance out if we tried, because outsourced jobs are more related to computer/technical/sales fields, while illegals are taking more of the labor types of jobs.

Rich American companies screwing Americans out of much needed high paying jobs, taking American dollars our of the country, and people are still complainning about Mexicans working for $2hr. By the way most of these jobs are going to India, a little info for those numbnuts.
That is the future,unfortunately, most jobs will be outsourced only the rich will occupy this country, so even the white trash will have to leave. Most Americans, because they are European desendants, buy foreign products, cars, clothing, etc. the majority from France and they hate the french, so its ANAL hate.

simple,
we cant stop a company from packing up and going overseas if that is what they want, but we cant stop the dam illegals from coming here taking our jobs from us now for less pay and then complain saying that is all they can do which is a bunch of bullsh!t. they still are getting paid more then the average American and plus some with there no taxes laws. and i don't mean the ones at a grocery store either

why? get your facts right before you open your trash dispenser and blow sewage everywhere and defame the legal actions of a company that turns to a more cost effective, and did I mention legal, work force. This not only improves profits, and in case you missed the whole point of being in business in the first place is to make money.
2) Now that Forrest, Gump that is, knows the why of business basics and legalities, he must now be smote(hit; just trying to help) with the full weight and force of the FEDERAL STATUTES & AGENCIES to each and every legal citizen of this republic has elected his/her repersenative to create, fund, and maintain. I pay taxes to provide for my city, county, state and the Feds, to protect my country, people and way of life. I do not work this hard to give it to people who in their very first act is to spit on our legal system and then have their asses covered by my elected represenatives. If the goverment would just enforce the laws that they spent an unimagineable time and money (our taxes) creating, there would not be an "illegal" problem. If you want to give amnesty to everyone, THEN THE TRUE AMNESTY IS FOR YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS, who swore to uphold the Constituition which has mysteriously turned into "The King's New Clothes". If I have to explain that reference to ya', then you probaly believe that Monica swallows and this is a useless exercise. Just remember that "WE" are paying these politicians to do our will and we can fire them from their job just as easily as one can get a seatbelt ticket without even trying, but only if you have a license that would be lost if you don't pay it- WAIT A GODDAMN MINUTE-How do I become an illegal so I don't have to pay this damn ticket.

The key word here is "ILLEGALS". Illegal is defined as "AGAINST and/or BREAKING THE LAW".They all should be sent back and come in "Legal" like thousands of people have done and still do.
As for outsourcing jobs many Americans do complain and work to stop it.But this is a business decision ,and is not breaking any law.

I can't speak for everyone but I am equally angry about both. But I do see where you are coming from, I notice that a lot. I assume it is because a lot of people will just follow the news and outsourcing isn't a big thing in the news.

believe me, there are plenty of americans who are as vocal about outsourcing as those who complain about the loss of american jobs to illegals. it all depends on who you're talking to.

That's not true. There is plenty said about it. However it is not illegal and we need to work on one thing at a time. Right now is the time to get all the illegals out of our country. Then we'll work on globalization.
