it depends on the man/woman who has curly hairs. if the person has a long face then straight hairs would be my choice. Curly hairs look cute if the owner has a round face and big eyes.

Yes. Not only cute, but also cool in an adultlike way. Lengths from short, 20-s style waves or curls to way-long hippie curls can look good, depending on who you are. I like curly hair on a variety of people, including myself. I feel weird if my hair is wet & not curly yet. If your hair is naturally curly, go for it! I don't know much about perming.
