About a month ago I was walking and got the worst charlie horse in my calf. Ever since then it has kind of been tender in the same spot. The last few days it has been so sore everytime I take a step, and it is just getting worse. What gives?

Maybe you tore a muscle or something. It should not hurt you for this long if it was a charley horse.
Short of trying anything like stretches or heat or cold compresses on the part that hurts, get yourself to the doctor before it gets worse and you can't do anything.

It may not be a charlie horse. I don't know you age, or you physical stature. It could be anything from a torn ligament to bad circulation. See a doc.
