You need to stop hating yourself. That can't be right.
And stop cheating on your wife.

If you are a true christian, getting on your knees and asking for forgiveness, you should not feel upset over the sins you do commit.
You are human and YES, God wants and expects us to forgive ourselves.
God is not of hate, so you need to get over that. You need to go to your pastor and talk with him or a youth counselor.
If you are talking about in the bible, if your eye bothers you, cut it out, that is just a metaphor. It means to stay away from what may make you feel like that.

Since God does FORGIVE sin (through salvation won for us by Jesus Christ) why wouldn't God want you to forgive yourself? BUT, that doesn't give us a LICENSE to sin.We can't just feel like"Oh, I sinned, but that's okay, God will forgive me." That kind of notion would stand to make a fool of God and make Jesus suffering of lesser value. We need to turn from our sin and sin no more. If a little kid throws rocks and breaks a neighbors window, gets caught, and says he's sorry, the neighbor may forgive him. But if the kid throws rocks at the neighbors window the next day would show that he wasn't very sorry because he went back and did the same thing again. It is impossible not to sin but it is possible to try not to sin. If you want God to forgive you but you cant forgive yourself sort of puts yourself, your demeanor, ahead of God. It would be like, it's OK for God to forgive you but your forgiveness is of more value than His. We know that that is not the way it is. Whatever the sin might be 1. Ask for forgiveness and ask the Holy Spirit to help you to not repeat doing it. 2. When you commit that same sin over and over, try to identify what is causing you to commit that sin and find something else to do. Change the situation, occupy your mind etc. with something else. Ask for forgiveness. Forgive yourself. Replace the sin with something positive.

Chill! If you ask for forgiveness then you are forgiven in the eyes of God. So definately forgive yourself. And stop talking about the knife and cutting, God would not want you to even think those things.

I tell you in order order for you to live a life victoriously you should set yourself free from that bondages such us not forgiving yourself this thing will give Satan a foothold to torment you more. Don't let him win God is love and Just he will forgive you. So, you should forgive yourself too!

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 2 Corinthians 7:10
It sounds like you have an issue with guilt, which is different from "godly sorrow." I think you're being tormented in a Satanic attempt to keep you away from victory in walking with Christ, who came to give you life more abundant. However, I think it's really worth examining yourself to see that you're truly in the faith.
It's great that you feel remorse when you sin, and it's great that you are begging God for forgiveness. Have you truly understood that He sent Christ to take your punishment and give you righteousness? Once you trust in Christ, He gives you His righteousness, so God no longer sees your filth. You've done the first step, repentance, but now you need to fully trust in your Savior.
You do need to forgive yourself, but this does not take priority over seeking God's forgiveness. But when He freely gives forgiveness, you can't hold a higher standard than He does; therefore, you must forgive yourself. God bless you.

First off you do not have to beg God to forgive you. God wants to forgive you. All you need do is ask. Paul stated "I do the things I know I should not do and do not do the things I know I should." I am sure Paul was a far better person than me and yet he dealt with the same problem you and I do. None of us are perfect and God is quite aware of that. God does not expect perfection from us. God's grace takes care of our imperfections. You can never be at peace with yourself or others until you are able to forgive yourself. Let me ask you a question. Do you desire for those who sin aginst you to stick a knife in themselves or cut their eyes out? If not, why would you want it for yourself? We are taught as Christians that one of the roles we should view God in is one of a parent. As a parent would you want your children to have the feelings you are having? As a good parent we would encourage our children to forgive themselves and move on. God would do the same. To think more highly of ourselves than we ought is pride. But to think less of ourselves than we ought is false humility. Stop thinking that on your own you should obtain perfection or that you are not of value. You are of great value because of the value God has placed on you as the result of God's love for you. God wants you to forgive yourself because as a Christian you know God has forgiven you. God wants you to apply the rules of forgiveness to yourself in the same manner God wants you to forgive others.

God doesn't want you to harm yourself, that is a sin in itself. It is good that you abhor sin so much. Remember Jesus did everything for you, and he wants you to put away sin.
Yes you should forgive yourself, but never forget. You have been forgiven by the Blood of Jesus. You have to know you are forgiven. And if your will is one with Christ's you will forgive yourself. But never forget you are a sinner, and don't try to forget your sins. Just remember if satan tempts you, say "Jesus died for the chief of sinners, he died for me".

Yes, forgive yourself. Accept God's mercy. It is a trick of Satan to make us doubt God's mercy.
Actually, you might want to look into why Catholics believe in confessing their sins to a priest. It can be helpful to someone in your position to sit down face to face and to be told "Your sins have been forgiven." Your situation is a good example of why we are given a penance in confession. It actually helps us to accept God's forgiveness and mercy.
Take a look at this for more information on why we do this:
