By give a ring, I'm presuming you mean an engagement ring. Sure, I do know of cases where that worked for a good lifetime commitment, but the vast majority don't work. I suggest against giving a ring this soon; that may give the impression you are impulsive which makes you look capricious and untrustworthy. Try flowers. Or weekend get away. If you want jewelry, stick to a nice necklace or bracelet, something away from the hands.

depends on the feeling , my ex wife and i moved into an apt together after 2 weeks of know each other spent 10 yrs together early is a variable depending on how you 2 feel if it feels right run with it

My now husband asked me to marry him one week after we started dating. (married 5 years and 2 kids) I think the only thing that matters is how long you've known each other not how long you've been dating. Congrats.
