I don't know what ribena is, but I do know that faucet water doesn't always taste good. Get a water filter that attatches to your facet. It improves the taste dramatically. I recommend the Pur system.
Also, the more water you drink, the more you start to crave it and want to drink it. If you drink a lot of soda's or non-water beverages, your body loses the taste for it. At least that happens to me if I go on a soda binge!
There's nothing like the real thing.

I would suggest weaning yourself off of Ribena. If you must add a juice flavoring to your water, then use pure organic juice (no corn syrup added) from the healthfood store...elderberry, cranberry, lingonberry, blackberry, etc. should approximate the taste of the Ribena and give you the anti-oxidant benefits associated with those berries.
I generally mix about one ounce juice to 20 ounces of water, then add a packet of Emergen-C powder. The powder gives it a bit of a fizz, and you can choose from different varieties for taste and nutritional value.
Alternate with berry flavored herbal teas (do NOT add sugar or cream!) either iced or hot.
After about a year of doing this, I actually find that I favor plain water as well, and I no longer can stand undiluted fruit juice!

If you don't like water, whether it is tap or bottled water, with your Ribena then give low calorie tonic water a try! It makes a slightly fizzy drink and tastes quite refreshing!

It depends, no codial should be consumed in excess and you should opt for a no sugar alternative as ribena has a LOT in there, try adding a squeeze of lemon or orange to give a hint of flavour to water rather than cordial.

You'll still be taking on the calories of the ribena. You could go for the no-added-sugar variety, but too many sweeteners are bad for you too. I like diluting pure apple juice with 60% water, but even that has some additional calories.

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/E25FL
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

if your water taste like something call a plumber... it's not normal. Water is tasteless.... and if you add stuff to it... yes it's still good because you have the liquid aspect that rinses out your body and cleanses it form a lot of stuff... If you add stuff to it... you just add on calories. How about you connect with animal in you... and realise that water just has no taste! It's impossible to not like water... it's unatural!
