I'm wondering because my Mom's maiden name was Biggs and her father William Percival Biggs was from England;attended Oxford University,but that's all we know.

I used to go to school with a guy named Cory Biggs. Im not sure if that helps any. But that was quite a few years ago and I wasn't really close to him or anything.
