Maybe the best way to say that you are sorry is to change the part of yourself that gets wasted, mean and scares people, and doesn't remember anything at all the next day.I'm sure that is not the part of you that your girlfriend fell in love with.

Saying your sorry is a great start and all, but it's not a long-term solution. You do have to try to change your ways and the manner that you handle situations like that.

I truly hope it works out.

Being wasted played a big part of this problem and I'm sure allot more problems for you. If you truly are sorry and don't want it to happen again give up being wasted. Let her know she is the best high you have found and you would much rather be with her than being wasted. If you are sincer and mean it she'll know thats all you can do hopefully it's not to late

the best way to say sorry is always to let your gard down.... speak from the heart... and accept the consequences of your actions. Only then will you prove your sincerity. Tell her you are prepare to take any form of punishment and that even though you can't live without her... that you love he sooo much that if what she wants is you gone.. you will respect her wishes because he happiness means more to you than your own. That's love.... its selfless... and so should be your apology!

For the love of God, please don't tell her, "My bad," ugh! Judging from your avatar you are old enough to know better than that. LOL!
Just give her your heart felt apology and let her vent to you about what you said. Mom always told us that drunks speak a sober mind, so you may want to review what you said when your inhibitions were down due to the alcohol if she is willing.
You can also promise never to approach her again while drunk. You also might want to consider whether or not your drinking has reached the problematic level where you need to have intervention such as AA.
Good luck.

Just be honest. Tell her that you are sorry for treating her the way you did and never try to justify it because justification would normally lead to excuses. People (especially those who are hurt by you) hate excuses.

If she asks why, then you tell her the reason. That you were totally wasted and dun even know what you were doing.

And you better stop getting so wasted to begin with too.

All the best mate!

Does this happen a lot? If it does, sorry won't cut it.

If this is an isolated incident, you should apologize and tell her that you will do anything to make up for it. Make dinner for her. Buy her flowers (or something else that she loves). Clean the house. Don't say no to ANYTHING she asks you to do (unless she asks you to leave---several times). And definitely DO NOT DRINK again for a very, very long time.

Make her dinner, spoil her with a massage and dnt expect anything in return. Love her light candles be the sweetest thing in the world to her and promise her (and mean it) that you will never get that drunk again and that scaring her is not something that you want to do.
Boy straight up bow down to her.

Get your pocket book out.

Now consider a list of things you can spend money on to make your girlfriend happy.

Perhaps the list will include counselor, psychiatrist or AA. I don't know.

Perhaps she wants you to quit drinking. But, I'm not counting on that.

But, somehow you have to prove to her that you will never ever misbehave again.
