Smile, be interested in what he has to say. Do not go overboard, but put your hand on his arm when you're talking to him. Just think subtle.

Depends on what type of guy he is - but little things like laughing at his jokes - maintaining eye contact for a little longer than normal - touching him during conversation (a touch to the hand or his back if you're laughing or moving past him etc) - Small sly smiles teamed with slightly suggestive comments go a long way.....by that i mean - if he says something like 'where do you wana go?' reply with something like 'wherever you wana take me.' Cute - quick witted comments can let him know that you're keen......
I find that stroking their ego a little - making them feel special & listening to what they have to say goes a long way....pretty much the same as us girls!! Hope that helps a little.

you know...i dealt with this just a few days ago...about how to seem friendly, but not loose...and it's a tough one to answer. that line is so thin. i decided not to flirt at all. just be my friendly self. that's really all you can do. flirting can either scare someone, cause them to draw to you b/c you're "easy" in their eyes or cause them to just peg you as a "s l u t"...either way it's not worth it to me! *hug*

feels like extra then flirting to me too. remember adult males do have emotions too. you cant in simple terms play around with there emotions, through fact each and every each and every now and then they get the incorrect thought, then it hurts plenty at circumstances. lol yet then its stable to have some exciting at circumstances to :)
