Use a hair conditioner after the last wash of shampoo to get soft and lustrous, shining hair. Also, once a week, apply castor oil about one hour before you shampoo your hair and put some hot towels (changing it every ten to fifteen minutes) - do this for about a month and you will also have such perfet hair..

Her hair looks wet in that picture so she either has a TON of ordinary styling gel in it or she overdid it on the silicone shine gloss. The curly/wavy wet look hasn't been in for years so I'd recommend finding a new look to emulate.

Back when I had my hair permed, I used something that was called Gloss drops. I would e-mail her and get the info straight from the source.

She probably uses gel in it when it's damp and scrunches it.
