God exists as certainly as the ocean and air exists. For a man living far inland and had never seen the sea, the existence of the ocean is a mere hearsay. Some tend to believe the existence of the sea, based on the statements of those who had seen the sea. The sceptics who want to see for themselves the sea before acknowledging the fact, will embark on a journey to see the sea before accepting the fact. That is fine. But, if you remain wherever you are and yet keep saying that there is no sea, you are a self opinionated bore. You are a frog in a deep well. God is not walking animal to show himself up to you so that you all believe him. God is the name we give to all the energy that this universe, including all that it comprises, is made up of. Jesus says he is the spirit. This spirit has materialised itself into different forms, and appeared as an animal, or a man,as per the desire of the devotees.

Regardless of what religion one belongs to (I'm Hindu), we all pray to the same God. When people are dying, we all marvel at life support machinery, but what keeps us alive now? Do we marvel at that? If the earth did not have air, we would all die within a few minutes. I have seen miracles in my life. It could only have been the work of a divine power. Hindus can relate about the time when the murtis were drinking milk. This I personally witnessed. If this was not an act of God then what was it? I personally fed a Hanuman murti milk and saw the milk slowly disappear before my eyes. I was moved to tears.

My first question to the atheist will be: "What is the definition of God?" For a person to say there is no God, he should know what is the meaning of God. If I hold a book and say that ‘this is a pen’, for the opposite person to say, ‘it is not a pen’, he should know what is the definition of a pen, even if he does not know nor is able to recognise or identify the object I am holding in my hand. For him to say this is not a pen, he should at least know what a pen means. Similarly for an atheist to say ‘there is no God’, he should at least know the concept of God. His concept of God would be derived from the surroundings in which he lives. The god that a large number of people worship has got human qualities - therefore he does not believe in such a god. Similarly a Muslim too does not and should not believe in such false gods.
If a non-Muslim believes that Islam is a merciless religion with something to do with terrorism; a religion which does not give rights to women; a religion which contradicts science; in his limited sense that non-Muslim is correct to reject such Islam. The problem is he has a wrong picture of Islam. Even I reject such a false picture of Islam, but at the same time, it becomes my duty as a Muslim to present the correct picture of Islam to that non-Muslim i.e. Islam is a merciful religion, it gives equal rights to the women, it is not incompatible with logic, reason and science; if I present the correct facts about Islam, that non-Muslim may Inshallah accept Islam.
Similarly the atheist rejects the false gods and the duty of every Muslim is to present the correct concept of God which he shall Insha Allah not refuse.
(You may refer to my article, ‘Concept of God in Islam’, for more details)

Well common sense:
You look at a building, if I were to say it didn't have a builder what would you think? I was crazy? We KNOW that the building had a builder because of DESIGN.
But then we look at creation... a tiny cell in a leaf is more complex than an entire CITY and we say it must have evolved?!?!?!?
No, creation shows that there is a Creator. This is common sense... We can't even wrap our heads around many things in creation and how things work...
Just look into creation and see. But remember, creation has been corrupted by sin.

Yes. Here's proof is that air you're breathing now? Where did it come from? Can you proove the big bang? Where you there umteen billions of years ago to proove it? Are you alive? Who is the giver of life, the creator, who is He? He is God and yes He does exist. If you can't believe that or see it, how blind you are inside. Your faith is weak. Wake up and smell the roses even those are proof that God exist He made them for you to enjoy seeing, smelling, touching, and to give your girl some pleasure too if you get me there. LOL. So Yes God is real. As real as you are, the air you breath is real, as real as real is.

Yes Godwin I do believe in God. Before I ever opened a bible, I felt His presence when I was a child, living in a house where people weren't very nice to one another. I think it was the sorrow of seeing this unkindness that made me aware of God's presence. He was the opposite of all I felt in that house.
Much later when I was in my 40's, someone brought me to a good bible teaching church. I began studying the bible and recognized God. Here was what had been with me so long ago: perfect love, kindness, mercy, forgiveness, compassion, justice.
You know the bible says that we don't "find" God, He is the one that initiates the relationship. And He did, so many years ago.

My opinion - Yes A God does exist (Perhaps Many). One thing I know in my heart is that there is something bigger than me out there, something watching over, something guiding me. How can one ever say what is is, without seeing it, I don't know. But what does your heart tell you??
Perhaps you should do a little research into a few religions and make up your own mind. Wicca. Pagan, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism etc.

Of course God exist !!
It's impossible for inferior beings to do things that God does. People sleeps, ate, get tired & will die. God doesn't.
My point is, there must be a Superpower who manages this universe !
