I suggest that you set aside a couple of hours to be with your significant other, and engage in as much sexual activity as you like except actual intercourse. Let him know what pleases you, and try to be a bit creative. If he does what he needs to do, you will probably have an orgasm, and even if you don't, it will feel good to be together.

It is a known scientific fact, that most women do not achieve orgasm through regular intercourse. Most woman can only have an orgasm through oral sex, digital manipulation (fingering), or using a sex toy (vibrator). You are actually very normal. After you have straight sex, or before if you prefer, have your man go down on you (lick your clitoris). The 2 of you may even prefer doing it together (69 is a very popular number).

Each women is unique. You should tell your man where your favorite spot is. I like it when my partner tells me how to do it better. A real man loves to pleasure his woman.

By the way, for most women, an hour is way to much. Go for more foreplay (kissing, hugging, massaging) and less actually grinding.

Most of all relax! You are very normal. You just don't know it because of your lack of experience. It will get better.

There is nothing wrong with you!! Or him probably!

Sex should be enjoyable for both parties & believe it or not alot of people find alot of different things enjoyable!! You have to find what you like.....what makes you go all tingly down there....alot of chicks have this idea that all you have to do is hop on jiggle about & it will be orgasmic......uhhh i dont think so!!
Personally - i can have sex - but i won't orgasm - but that doesnt mean it wasnt enjoyable. Other times i will orgasm a couple of times in the one session. I find this is because i have to be in the right frame of mind....i have to mentally be aroused (as well as physically).

Do you practise foreplay? This is a major help in enjoying the actual act of sex - do you like oral? Do you like touching? Or do you like thinking hot thoughts to get you going?

The most important thing is to talk to each other about what feels good & what feels comfortable - because if you don't tell him - he'll be guessing the whole time. Be at ease with each other and make it a game & have fun with seeing what you both like. You have to be comfortable otherwise you'll spend the whole time worrying and not enjoying what the two of you are sharing.

There isn't necessarily something wrong with either one of you. It may just be the combination of the two of you that is not working. Chemistry is extremely important in a relationship. Ask yourself if you find him attractive. It sounds like you don't, in which case it would be very difficult for you to reach an orgasm. You could try fantasizing that you're with someone else, but it may be more fulfilling to find someone that naturally inspires this excitement in you.

I've found a lot of girls have had that problem ... doing, having sex or touching the area is just part of it .. those area's are just receptor's or nerve endings .. satisfaction or pleasure starts in the mind .. think about it .. if you have issues with it or you think it is disgusting or your mom said it is bad .. feel it and let yourself enjoy it .. want it .. got to have it .. start in your mind ...
