taken from one response to another question. Will the 'latino vote' just bring in more people from Mexico, ultimately?

before you go off on me, the question is specifically related to support for amnesty/illegal aliens etc. We've got generations of american hispanics, and yes, their vote counts, not trying to offend anybody.

our system needs every vote. but both democrats and republicans are kissing up to hispanics because they do represent a potentially large voting block.

I agree with JTM Fraginal. I thought it was a u.s. citizen right and privilege to be able to vote. oops, now I'm just being sarcastic.
I also believe citizens should take some sort of test before they can vote. It's a shame the number of ppl that don't vote and the ones that do don't have a clue.

Yes. My US Congressman is trying to get 20 million instant Democrats pardoned. The amnesties of the past have certainly not eased the problem.
