I don't mean to sound like some preacher or something honey, but you need to think about this for a minute.
First I have to ask, how old are you, and who said you could be fit to be a parent, because this must have been an accident.
Second, are you serious?!?! Leaving a baby in the heat is very dangerous indeed, but then leaving the windows open is horrible too. While your out having fun with your friends at the mall, some guy might try and kidnap your baby, it might be a child molester, a murderer, you never know, and you don't want to take that chance. Your baby needs attention! Expecially at 3 years of age, you should be spending time with him and taking care of him like a REAL parent should, and this goes for you whether you are 5 or 45! Thats truely stupid and disgusting, that you think that your little abercrombie and fitch or apple bottom jeans or whatever is more important than the sake of your child! The poor thing! You really should seek help from family, or get a support group at hospital or go to a PARENTING class to learn what it takes to be a parent because you obviously know nothing about parenthood. I hope you will learn to give your child the correct care or put into good hands of a decent mother who knows better.

that is about as dumb as the people who forget they have a newborn in the car when they go to work for ten hours and come back to a dead child. How do you forget that you just had a baby anyway? Of course it is dangerous to leave any age child in the car for any length of time especially with the windows rolled up. Use the brain you were given.

I guess you don't watch the news about all the children killed because their parents left them in the car?! It isn't okay to leave a child in the car for a minute alone.... and especially NOT while you go off shopping at the mall.
I am hoping that this question is a joke, and you or someone you know really isn't this ignorant.

Ok do this for me. Ok you might need help doing this,but I wont you sit in a locked car ( which means that you cant get out no matter how hard you try) tell your friends to take the keys make sure the windows are rolled all the way up like you like it. And if you make it out alive write me and tell me about it......

yes its dangerous to leave a 3 year old in a car while shopping there are so many people who wants to kidnap and people can call the cops on you and then you will get arrested and a 3 year old cant take care of its self and plus if its hot out they can die of suffocation

Yes! The child could die from heatstroke. Or somebody could come along and kidnap the child. Take the kid with you in the mall. Most malls have strollers available to put kids in. Otherwise, you may go to jail for child endangerment or worse if something happens to the poor kid!

Yes, I don't know where you are from but, in Nevada leaving a child in a car for any amount of time will get you some serious jail time.

i hope u are not serious because if u are u might as well just give ur child up for adoption cuz u don't deserve to be a parent.
i know if u shop at the mall then u have a tv and on the news every day throughout the summer they tell u DO NOT LEAVE UR CHILDREN OR PETS ALONE IN A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you're so concerned about hanging out with your friends at the mall then why did you have a child? sounds like you want this child to bake in the car. you should be locked up in jail!!!
