need lots more info. When it is operating normal, what happens? Is there any messages? What is your O.S.? What is on the screen that makes you say it isn't working ? This and any more details you can provide may get you an answer.

i think there is a problem in your computer you should send it for some repair or ask the person from whom you bought or complain to the company
