I've moved away from Conway, Arkansas, it's now a 4 hour drive. I totally miss the Chicken Salad from Stoby's. If you've ever worked there, please satisfy my craving.

GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD
a grilled chicken breast atop a bed of romaine lettuce with bacon, diced egg, tomatoes and shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese. Served with salad crackers and our original recipe smoked honey mustard dressing.
Honey Mustard Dressing
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar -- red wine and/or balsamic
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
2 to 3 drops liquid smoke
Mix honey and mustard in a lidded jar. Add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously.
