Do not fall for advertising. In fact I live in the mostly dry north india where one is prone to dry skin, dandruff, etc. Best shampoos do not advertise. Because they are medicated.
Try a shampoo named Scalp. It actually works. It is a catocanazole shampoo. It is the same substance that is used in the Nizoral brand shampoos produced by Jhonson & Johnson. But Scalp is definitely better. If you go to a dermatologist, they will probably prescribed Scalp. The small bottle (about 80 ml) costs about 120 rupees.
(I hope you are from India)

In my house, we use more than one, and that's what my doctor told me to do. Let's say you use head and shoulders... well it will work the first time, but gradually stop working. The trick is to get a few and alternate from one to another. Right now I have the Redken one and other another foreign one. Like I said, the trick is to alternate... between one, two or even 3 brands. It worked for me. If you need good name, the best source is always a hairsalon. They always have many different brands at different prices!

pantene also will help; one thing abt head & shoulders is it's known to have high content of shampoo chemicals which are also somewhat acting as catalyst to hair fall, in addition to reducing dand****.
