You can do a number of things. You can do forarm curls, or when you're working your biceps you can do hammer curls with a twist. When you do back or legs, when you do deadlifts try to used only gloves to improve not only your grip strength but also the size of your forearms.

Your lower arms will benefit most from pulling exercises. Rows and concentrated barbell curls are two of many. Most importantly, DO NOT use grip enhancing equipment (lifting gloves) or powder. This will allow your forearms to do more of the work during these exercises.

Lifting gloves are for major muscle group exercises when guys who really want to tear some serious tissue want to pack on a lot of weight. This wouldn't be for every set, because bodybuilders and powerlifters alike want to develop a powerful grip for obvious reasons.

if you're talking about your forearms you don't really have to do anything to bulk them up. Just continue to focus on you big muscles like back, chest, legs, shoulders, biceps and triceps and in the process of doing that you will bulk up your lower arms. Don't forget to eat properly or you will be just spinning your wheels.

Sit at a table or bench with you arm straight out infront of you, with your wrist and hand hanging over the edge of the table. Hold a dumbell in your hand and lift it up and down without lifting your arm up off the table. If you are doing it correctly you will feel it in your forearm.
