first i want you to know that if you are over weight, you need to loose the fat first!
alot of people think that doing sit up and other related ab exercise it will develop them and bring them out.
Well you will develop them but they won't come out until you lose the fat! Runn!!!! sweat sweat sweat!!! if you want some exercise routines I'll send ya some just email i'll respond in less than a week! I watch the personal trainer always and write what she does down for later, so their good!!!

Ok lets say you are not over weight,,,
Well I know of alot of ways but one I really like is when you lay one the floor as if you are going to do crunches but you put your hands behind your neck and with your elbow you touch the oposite knee! say this that means that as you come up, you also have your knee coming up and touch opposite sides. YOu'll feel the burn !!!!
And sit ups ! and the leg ups.
also stand straight and kick your legs back slowly, do squats and you'll have a great as too!
Im a little over weight recently , and in two weeks i see the change in my *** and torso!

Oh and drop the soda, get crystal light
less rice and bread!
LOOK ALL THE ADS ARE BULL!!!! You dont have to stop all the good garbage you like just limit!
For example: I used to eat 4 breads with cream cheese when i make steak and rice ( i love the combination) well not i get one and drink more water! It's not that bad .
Another example i have spent two weeks not drinking soda this week i bought one but 3 weeks ago i used to buy about 4 bottles a week!
It's little things that really help! Not all this crazy cold turkey actions that people talk about!
Lots of luck girl! you can do it. just think how hot you'll look and how great yo'll feel!

What most people do not know is a six pack mainly comes from diet. I have been lifting for about two years now. I used to do sit ups every other day I was in the gym (4 days a week) (usually about 3 sets of 25 situps) and never got the six pack unless I flexed my stomach. I also did not watch what I ate. I am trying to watch what I eat now and see how that works. As for stomach toning. Repitition creates the tone, so try for max reps (15-20) on ab machines instead of max weight (which is used for bulk). The decline bench is a great place to do situps. Keep your stomach tightened and slowly do situps.

Hard work baby!

I would do a combination of sit ups and crunches. Morning, noon and night! The quantify of these exercises is determined upon your health, age and what shape you are in. I would think about 25 sit ups and then 25 crunches each work out should be a realistic goal.

Of course, lay off sugary snacks, sodas, beer and other highly caloric foods at the same time. Drink lots of water.

You can NOT tone your stomach by simply doing crunches or yoga. You must incorporate some type of cardio. To work my abs: using weights while doing cruches; then i jog/run/cool down for 30-45 min.; then after that, i do a variety of crunches/situps/leg lifts.

Well, if you are already thin and have a low body fat percentage, then you can do crunch varieties and pilates to make your abdominals stronger and look better.

BUT if you have fat on your stomach, don't expect to lose it without cardio. Crunches and the such put a layer of muscle UNDER your fat, so without cardio it would only make your stomach stick out more if you are already fat.

Get a kitchen chair and have your man sit in it...then you sit on his lap facing him......then lean back as far as you can without falling... NOW ROLL...LET THAT TOOTIES ROLL!
You'll be fit and give your honey a lap dance all at the same time!
