I know what you mean but I didn't have trouble sleeping when I finally told some one that I was in love with her and found out the hard way she thought that was disgusting and never what to see me again after knowing her 18 yrs. but having a hard sleeping no I slept 1 1/2 hrs a day for 2months. no problem there. I slept all the way though the 1 1/2 hrs with out having to get up and use the bathroom. now I'm better I sleep 4 hr.s and only wake up 2 times.

My cannot sleep as always been a problem for as long as I can remember.
Of course I've had that special someone on my mind, which wasn't making things any easier.
I've taken many sleep aids to no avail, finally a prescription worked...only 10 mg..but you don't last more than 15 mins after taking "it", only one is required for a full 6 to 8 hrs sleep without interruption.

Sure that's actually sth i go through many nights, but in my case i hang up thinking about people i really like, daily concerns, food and so on. I usually have trouble sleeping when I'm really worried about sth that went wrong that day, and I stay up thinking about how to solve it.
But I won't lie to you, when you're in love you spend hours or maybe minutes thinking about that special person revolving around your head, and you can't catch any sleep, but that feeling you get is awesome, and uncomparable, even though you know tomorrow you'll wake up with huge bags under your eyes and looking haggard.

hi.... well yes i have had that problem before i was so crazy about this one guy i spent every night for two weeks thinking about him with hardly no sleep at all and then at work all i could do was draw hearts with our initials inside... i know pathetic ... so finally i went up to him and told him i liked him and that i was losing sleep would he please put me out of my misery..... he said i was cute and sorry iwasn't sleepin well and said he would love to get to know me.... we dated for three years....until he was killed in a car accident....it was the first love of my life i miss him dearly and not a day goes by that i dont think of him.... i will never regret letting him know my feeling.... we were great together and best friends too.... so take a chance you never know what will happen unless you try..... and please enjoy every minute of it you never know when it will be taken from you.... good luck and god bless you too......

i spent a sleepless night not to long ago,because of a co-worker to whom i had grown quite close. we began dating and had a torrid affair. something that we are still enjoying at this time. our affair is so hot .i think that we are taking it to a new level. after i told him how i felt things progressed really fast. i think that you should if possible let your co-worker become aware of how you feel you might be surprised. the attraction may be mutual. good luck.

i have trouble sleeping and i don't know why actullay and i do go outside and pay alot maybe it't because i have a lot of stuff on my mind. I't like 12:13 in the morning

SHE HAD THE SWEETEST PERSONALITY. WHEN EVER I WAS GOING TO GET SOME SLEEP, I ALWAYS THOUGHT OF HOW SWEET OF A PERSON SHE WAS AND HOW NO ONE CAME ABOVE HER. it was a few months before me and my boyfriend started dating. i had trouble sleeping because me and him always talk on the phone at night till very late. afterwards i only got couple hours of sleep and during those hours it was hard for me to sleep because i felt very sweet.
