Pimples are like one two or three spots on your face that tend to go away after a week or so...
acne is when you look like what they call "Pizza face".... you probably have scars too from the acne and the acne does not go away (they look like indentations all over your face... or for lack of better word "crater face")
My sister had severe acne as a teenager and she took Accutane... now in her mid twenties she has to live with scars all over her face (looks a little like a burn victim... but not so severe)

acne can happen wether ur face is healthy or not, but pimples come from unhealthy skin

a pimple is when you have a bump on your face...acne is when you have a lot of pimples on your face.
