this one worked for me! I lost 7 pounds the first 3 days and a total of 14 pounds in 1 week. The first few days are hard but once you get past the 3rd its easy. Oh, and I cheated on the 3rd day and had a personal size pizza and a cookie and still lost that much!
Good Luck :)

I felt like you...I tried a bunch of diets out there that worked for a little while but as soon as I started back eating, the weight came right back on. Are you familiar with "Celebrity Fit Club"? It's a great show, and motivational. The Doctor that's featured on there, he writes all of their regimes, he's great. He has a book called "The Fat Smash Diet" it's great. I've lost so much weight and I feel great! I'm not sluggish, no headaches, I don't deprive myself. The book is about $12 retail, you can get it at any walmart, rite aid, or other retail stores, you can even order it online. www.fatsmashdiet.com You'll love it!! I challenge you to try it. What do you have to lose but weight?? ENJOY

1. Find your BMR (basal metabolic rate). This is the amount of calories your body needs to eat a day to MAINTAIN it's current weight. To be the most accurate, you need to figure your approximate daily activity level along with your age, sex, weight, and height. http://www.global-fitness.com/BMR_calc.php
2. You can only lose a max of 1-2 pounds a week. Anything more than this is unhealthy and you will be losing MUSCLE instead of FAT. One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. From diet and exercise you should aim to lose a MAX of 1 pound from diet and 1 pound from exercise.
3. From your diet, to lose a pound in a week you need to eat 500 less calories than your BMR a day (times seven days equals 3,500 calories which is one pound). Aim to cut out all junk food, soda, and sugar. Cut back on carbs--pasta, bread, cereal, etc. If you DO have to eat carbs, make sure they are whole grain. High fiber and high protein is the best. Fiber keeps you full and protein helps repair your muscles (and since you need to do some working out, you will need this). You can provide yourself with a small cheat meal every now and then, but if you don't find yourself losing weight, then you may have to cut the cheat meal out entirely.
4. The other pound a week should come from your exercise. Aim for 30 mins of exercise a day for 5 days a week. THE most important part about exercising is that you BRING YOUR HEART RATE UP. You can't expect to go to the gym and read your magazine while taking a stroll on the treadmill and think you are doing anything. If you are working out good enough, you shouldn't be able to read or talk to anyone easily.. doing this takes away from your workout anyway. During a workout, your heart rate should be in it's 65-86% max range. 220 minus your age is your max.. then you multiply that number by .65 and separately by .85 to get the range. Every two weeks you need to switch up your workout routine or up the intensity.. or else your body will hit a plateau and slow down weight loss.
5. Take measurements or get a body fat percentage analysis done. Scales will drive you nuts because as your FAT weight drops, your MUSCLE weight increases.. so your scale may move really slowly even though you are burning a lot of fat. Measurements and BF% are the best to go by.

One, see a doctor for a referral to a good nutritionist. They can advise you about healthy eating and exercise plans that are sensible and work over time. Weight does not come off over night. Two, lots of larger women are very attractive. Learn to love the skin you are in! Look at your relatives. Maybe being larger just runs in the family. Three, go to stores that cater to larger women. Ashley Stewart. Lane Bryant. Ask the sales girls for help. You can dress well at a larger size these days. These stores are also affordable.
Four, develop self esteem, honey. Play up your positives and work on your negatives. EVERY WOMAN has some issues with her body or her looks. It is part of the culture. Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly is to the bone! That means if you act beautiful people will see you that way.
Good luck, dear. Love yourself. Others will too!

First off - go back an edit your spelling
Second - what does weight have to do with being pretty?
Weight can change. As far as diet - don't do diets - do life changes. Keep it simple, stay away as much as possible from pre-packaged suck the nutrient life out of foods that food conglomerates are poisoning us with. You don't have to completely deprive yourself - but limit bread, rice and pasta. Have some but not alot. Exercise and limit stress if that is possible. Don't wait until you are 40 and have long term health problems to kick yourself into gear.
You don't need to be skinny mini to be pretty. Just be healthy and the rest will come along for the ride.

You can lose weight by dumping the unsupportive friends for one thing. Don't lose weight to fit in, lose weight because of health reasons.....change the way you think about life and food.....!
Then there are some of us that just except the fact that we are not going to be a size two and learn to take what was given and work it......your friends are only prettier than you because that is what you think.....you are better than that. You don't need a diet , you need a change of life and start today....be encouraged.....and be ready because it is a big step.

You should never feel like that. You are ever special to. Your there friend also. I went on Jenny Craig and lost a lot of weight. What really helped was my journal writing. They always asked me Way would I be doing if I were :smaller" and I always visioned my self smaller with cute clothes on out with my girlfriend. People who use to know me when I was bigger didn't even recognize me. when I would tell them they would say very nice things. It made me feel good. That actually happened after I lost my 80 pounds. Think positive with what ever "diet" you chose. But its not a diet its a change in your eating habits to eat healthier. It takes two weeks to change a habit. Keep trying. You can do it.

I had a lot of trouble losing weight, until I tried that diet where you eat a bowl of KELLOGG 'S Special K cereal in the morning and one bowl for supper everyday for two weeks.
I dropped 10 lbs the first 2 weeks, and I've gone from a size 16 to a size 9 and now my size 9's fit me loose!!

Eat more "whole foods", instead of something processed. Fruit, not fruit juice. Steak, not burgers. Corn on the cob, not corn chips. You get the picture. Also, to be svelte, you must be active. I guarantee that if you walk 2 miles a day and eat sensibly, in a month or two you'll be saying, "Where's the rest of me?"

Do some research, try your best and hope for the best. BUT if doesn't work out, don't let this depress you. There is a lot more to life than looks. Being attractive is a gift, it does not define a human being.
