Ex. 20:17 You shall not covet; (lust after), your brother's house; you shall not covet your brother's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that (belongs to) your brother.
If you want it ask for it. If there is a father ask him if there is not, ask the oldest brother if there is not one, ask the mother. If you can not ask one of these ask the nearest relative, to go to her for you.
1) you wont have to do it yourself, and trespass.
2) If she does not feel this way you will be told, If she does you will be told.
3) If she does she will feel respected.
You can not find a place in the scripture that tells you if a woman likes you or not. This is not the way of the creator. He says ask, as scripture above shows you.

God created the woman for a help meet. Her fillings are sensitive to the needs of her husband and home because God has created her this way.But the best part is these attributes can only really be expressed if her husband Loves and Honors Her more than himself.God did not give her to man so he could use her like some rag. That is the problem in so many homes today .As for the scripture I would like to encourage you to look it up . There's plenty to be found but I get the filling it wouldn't hurt for you to read a little more than just that.Amen !

Start with the Book of Proverbs. There are alot of proverbs that outline how to act in relationships. Song of Solomon (aka Song of Songs) is also a good read.
Do note that courtship practices do vary by culture and that most of the Bible was written by Jewish writers. So you won't get a step by step guide on how to date women. Plus the Biblical examples of how women were treated in ancient times do not apply to today (like the idea of women being 2nd class citizens as detailed in the Book of Esther). The Bible does have basic outlines for romantic relationships and marriage.

The Bible says seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you. I believe this verse answers that question, when I was alone and heartbroken and wanting a mate the Lord led me to do this and when I was ready the Lord led the perfect mate for me into my life. He will do the same for you.

the bible is about your relationship with G-d and humanity, not about your relationship with your girlfriend
instead of the bible, perhaps consult the book "Men Are From Mars, Women are From Venus"
