They were together for a year. She's a germ freak, they broke up because he is an alcoholic and occasional drug abuser. They have been apart for a year. He got his 2nd OUI, BUT got into AA 11months ago. They have been emailing each other. she went over to his house, drunk with condoms, threw up, he said he wasnt ready to have sex again. But there was some "penetration" without either having an orgasm...oral sex with out protection... she said she blacked out most of the night. Does it make him a bad guy to allow this "penetration, without calling it sex" while she is obviously drunk? I told her, he should have sensed that she was drunk, and after she puked, he could have put her in the shower, wrapped her in a blanket on the couch to sleep it off. Others say she is responsible for her actions, but I wonder where he was the sober one, is he somehow the "responsible" one knowing that in the year they were together she would not engage in this kind of behavior without protection.

judging by his past behaviour with the drugs, i dont think he is the type of guy to takes the moral high ground and say no to sex in this situation. regardless of the lack of orgasms, penetration equals sex. it is still not entirely her fault though, but she holds a part in it.

i'm uncertain they actually say that we don't orgasm through penetration - in simple terms that it calls for sufficient stimulation of the clitoris in even though way that would ensue. There rather is not any doubt that it rather is stimulation of the clitoris that leads to orgasm, and stimulation of the vagina on my own does not do it, yet what's as a rule neglected is that the clitoris is a plenty larger organ than you may think of, with roots that bypass into the tummy - not basically that little "button". So in some women human beings, penetration might stimulate the exterior clitoris or a place the place the clitoral roots are close the vagina. of direction it fairly is not a flaw - if women human beings did not get off on penetration in one way or yet another, the human race could have died out some time past. i think of the undertaking we've is that woman sexuality grew to become for thus long seen non-existent, so no-one - adult males or women human beings - paid sufficient interest to what rather does artwork nicely. As constantly, verbal replace and thoughtfulness potential that the two companions could have a stable time.

If he was sober then he should of been more responsible. There are two sides to every story though. He could of been telling her no and she could of kept on trying to tease him and turn him on. Maybe he couldn't resist the temptation. If the condoms were handy, then he really should of used one but sometimes when we are in the heat of the moment, we just don't think. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for her, not to get this drunk. She could of been in much worse of a situation. She could of been the one saying no to sex and she could of been forced into it. God Bless Her and You for looking out for her.

You are trying to find a way to make it his fault, well it ain't his fault. She came to him, he wasn't involved with her getting drunk and she is the one that wanted to initiate sex so sorry it is not his fault. So what she puked, probably because of oral sex he probably stuck it to far down her throat she can't deep throat very well drunk and that's not his fault. So sorry she asked for it and she got it.

Given the offer, I would think most guys would take it - the sex. If he was a decent guy, he would not have, but it sounds like from your description that he has his own demons. She should have known better, but he sounds like a louse, just the same.

I say that is for them to worry about not you and if the girl is actually you then she is responsible for her own actions unless he forced this upon her but it sounds like no bodies business but theirs....things happen.
