Sounds like you have an infection and need antibiotics. Yes, depending on which tooth the sinuses could be involved.

If you have a Sinus infection those xrays will show it and NO it's NOT odd for the roots to go up into the Sinus.
I had a tooth (Fang) that the root was so long that it was right up against the sinus cavity, and my Dentist would not pull it because he said that if he did and it poped the sinus cavity I would have to be admitted to the hospital instantly...
My dentist also was a teacher of Denistry at a hospital.
He had me go to a surgeon.

permit him artwork on them. If the cavities are permit bypass, they are going to extra advantageous than probably start up inflicting her discomfort. it fairly is effective to to get a 2d opinion first, nevertheless. there's a definite dentist in my section who has a habit of finding extra cavities than there fairly are. mothers and fathers think of he's in simple terms magnificent through fact he's physically powerful with conserving teenagers calm, yet then they discover out that he's a quack. Get the cavities filled, yet do not difficulty approximately her having such rather some cavities. some human beings in simple terms have hollow area-services tooth. My mom brushes her whilst she gets up, after each and every meal and snack, and in the previous she is going to mattress. She very hardly eats candies. and he or she nonetheless finally ends up with a minimum of one hollow area in keeping with dentist bypass to. i could recommend getting her tooth sealed whilst the everlasting ones start up coming in. it's going to save rather some dental issues (and money, too, interior the long-term!).

i'm not downing your dentist or anything, but i'd defenitely get a second opinion...i agree with you, that sounds strange to me too...why would he have not corrected all this the first time??? why does he keep finding "something" that needs to be corrected???? obviously something is wrong and i'd rather get a 2nd or even a 3rd opinion as to play hit and miss trying to figure out what the problem is...

yes...some dentist do recommend taking sinus pills due to if they are inflammed they tend to cause pain and pressure onto your teeth...

but reading later on with what else you wrote...
sounds like you need to get away from that dentist before he does enough damage thats to far to be fixed....
i dont think he knows what hes doing...and by the sounds of it i think you agree...if so, then find a new dentist before its too late!

It is possible for your sinus to mimic problems with your teeth.

Have a read of these sites and see if they sound like you.
