Whenever me and my friend box I get scared to hit back even when I get to the point of getting pissed off. How can I get over that? Its not that I feel like Im gonna hurt em' but because I know he's better than me.

If he's better than you, you wont be able to hit him. Focus on hitting, instead of being hit.

When dealing with a fear, the best thing to do is just FORCE yourself to do it. Sounds like you're not really afraid, but insecure. So just let go! Maybe you could also take some lessons? That would help to raise your self-esteem.

You have to actually "live out" your fear in order to overcome it. If you fear of hitting your friend while boxing, you should practice hitting a boxing bag (or whatever they're called).

It's not throwing the punch, it opening yourself up to take the shot.

Just do it, and see what happens.
