I'm getting a headache here. Can someone tell me, are these people on here serious or just plain stupid? You can't lose 10 lbs. in 32 hours, throwing up for 11 days straight is not a healthy weight loss alternative...and why do so many people want to look like Nichole Ritchie?? There is no such thing as safe and fast weight loss...the two don't go together. Are people really this clueless? I wish I could reach out to them all and help them...but cloning is not an option here.
Young ladies, especially teens, PLEASE! You are too young to diet and too young to be trying to conform yourselves to this "skinny" image. Enjoy being a kid, just stay active. You are beautiful the way you are...Nichole Ritchie is not! She's repulsive to look at.
I hope I didn't offend anyone, but I had to get this out. I am a personal trainer and losing weight is not easy and it takes a lot of effort. I know, I have been down that road. If you need help, feel free to contact me. Take care!

I will say, that my first step to losing weight was to order a product I had seen on TV, but it wasn't a quick fix deal. It actually taught me how to eat right and exercise to lose weight. Yes, it took me 2 years to lose 46lbs. but it's still off and it made me want to help others from what I learned.

Sh0rtyluff, I agree with a lot of what you're saying, however, a kid shouldn't have to be worried about their weight at that age. But, they are at a good age to be learning how to eat right and their parents and the schools should be helping in this aspect.

cc - I just sent you a very detailed message for your calves. There is hope for you! You can burn the fat off of your calves with cardio and calf specific strength exercises and you will tone down your calves a bit as the fat melts off. I too am blessed with large calves, but I'm proud of my calves now. Muscle and shmokin'! :)
