No. Physical trauma of this type doesn't change a person's DNA. That is what is required to cause the massive changes you are seeking. Although, we don't know why?

No,you would be put in jail for cutting off the fingers.As for the shaved heads,that would not make your great-grandson hairless because he would be born with hair.No to the cutting off of fingers.Do ya hear.
