I agree with him. You shouldn't try to get on a particular medicine. The psychiatrist will know what's best for you, depending on age and other factors, and has a much better understanding of what each medicine does.

Do not try to plan it so you get on a specific thing by answering questions in a certain way. You're not going to solve anything without proper treatment.

Describe your true symptoms to the psychiatrist. Lying is potentially dangerous...some side effects of a drug you don't need could hurt you. Why take a medicine you don't need? Again, describe the symptoms, and then ask for a professional opinion.
