Truthfully, when a guy gets an erection on the dance floor, is it a confidence booster for chicks knowing that you are sexy enough to get that type of response or are you really "turned-off"?

lol the last time I've ever had to talk about this was when I was 16... and my friend danced with a guy who got a dance floor erection... and we laughed so hard about it... excuse the pun...
