u cant get anywhere being scared.
Just think If u ask this person out and they say no, then your back where u started , but what if they say yes

Why are you scared. Is it because you are not sure whether they like you or not ? If thats the only reason what have you got to loose. Ask away they can only say no and life is full of NO at times.You will never know how they feel unless you try. Go on be daring you might just get the answer you want to hear. GOOD LUCK. And if it doesn't work this time. Remember plenty more fish in the sea and it will be practise for next time.

Send them a card. Get together with their friends and hang out more often. Find their interests and clubs and take up that sport, hobby, club, etc. Find ways to be near them until you feel secure enough to ask them, "Will you go out with me on ___day at ___time to the ____?
Screw your courage to the post and simply ask!
What are the possible outcomes? They say yes, no, or no answer at all.

Hey, they ain't going to go out if you don't ask.So wheres the problem.Worst that can happen is you will get a no (well worse may be a maby) and that's what you already have.
