ok... so like everyone has like .. were they can make there photos like.. in cartoon. how doi do that! were it looks like they draw it.. u know

Adobe Photoshop 7 is the best. Can make your photo into a cartoon, a painting, anything practically. But it's expensive. Worth it.

As both a pro photographer and a web site artist, I use several programs to do that. The one I use the most for most all my work (except for morphing, that uses different software) is PaintShop Pro. along with ACDsee. The Photoshop suite is ok for some stuff and I also have most of Uleads stuff, but for all around single frame and videos, PaintShop Pro is what I use the most.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

I have a program called Photo Workshop and also one called Picture It... there are many out there that allow you to impose this effect on your photos..
Compare & shop around... you'll find one to suit your needs & your pocketbook, NO PROBLEM!

kodac easy share has a program, you can do alot more than just cartoons of your photos also. check out the web site for kodac and see if they have downloads available for easy share
