Sad to report that this is a very common scam. All they're trying to do is to get you to fork over that "membership fee". Once you do that they will try to get you to pay for other bullshit charges such as transfer fees, bribes to corrupt officials, insurance, legal documents, etc. Once they stop getting money out of you they will vanish like a mosquito fart on a windy day and you will be left with much less money than you started out with.

This reeks of scam. You have not won anything at all. They want your bank account info so they can clean you out, and that should be a dead giveaway right there. Why in hell would you have to pay a fee to claim a money award? Use your head and do not fall for this garbage. It is a scam, that's all it is.

Isn't freelotto.com a legitimate website? I can't remember. So contact whereever they are asking yo uto contact and ask them what they need. If they start asking for personal questions such as social security number, bank account. Then bail. Try checking to see if the site is registered as an official site. Does it have a physical address? phone number?
