Theres this girl that i really like at work but i dont see her too often but when i do we always have fun and have great conversations. Right now were just friends and have been for about 2 or 3 months. I think that she just wants to be friends by the way she talk and acts with me but i want to be more. What do you think i could do to get her to like me the way i like her. I really wish we would start going out.

You don't say how you come across her at work, so I'll assume she works there too, is not a client. Okay.
Sounds like you two really get along already. So that is in your favor. Why don't you try seeing if she notices you in the way you want her to? You could hold eye contact a bit longer one day, smile more, maybe touch her shoulder or something, see what she does. If she does not shrink back, she might just like you already. *wink* You could ask her to lunch with you or something. Bring up the topic of going out together. Good luck!

You cant "Get her" to like you. Shes only going to reject you if you try to MAKE her like you. It will completly ruin the friendship you have. Go on with the friendship and let natural things take course. You cant force it.
You can try to see her more. The more she is around you the more chance that she will decide to like you or start having feelings for you.
Remember dont force it. Youll regret it.

be yourself. you cannot make someone love you or hate you-it is up to them.just show this girl that you are a good person to be around and maybe she can see you for who you truly are. just because you think she does want to be friends does not mean that is how she feels-maybe she is a shy person.let everything fall into place they way they are suppossed to -do not try to make someone like you !

You can't give it up.
Once it's clear she wanna be friend, this is all you will get, meanwhile you will be painfully hurting yourself all the time.
There is VERY little chance she ever change her mind. And if she did, which I hope for you, you will lose a friend.
This is base on several personnal and friends experience.

first and last always be yourself. ask her to go out to someplace that is really cool that you know that she will really go for.look her in the eye making eye contact constantly while you talk to her. comment on her perfume if she wears it. if not tell her how clean that she smells. furthermore make sure that you really smell nice. also comment her on her choice of clothing. and last but not least always be yourself. you know that you can obtain anything that you want so what are you waiting for? good luck

dude, i;m sorta in the same situation that you are with a girl at my work. Just talk to her, be nice, compliment her tell her she's cute. BE YOURSELF!! Don't try to be someone that you're not.
