my girlfriend and i have been going out for a while now, but we haven't made out.... we always have the right moment to do it, and there's been several times were we're a second from it, but something comes up and it doesn't happen.... is it because she doesn't want to or what... what should i do????

if you guys are dating then you should feel comfortable just asking her........but whatever you do make sure its the right time .....you dont want to force something like that

Has she actually made out before? If your make out session were her first one, she could be terrified of it. I'm sure you know that kissing isn't something you're born with knowing how to do.
You say you've been going out for awhile... well, how long is that? A week, a month, 3 months even? In that case- it's not a while. Trust me. I've been with my guy for three years. That's a while. It sounds like you're eager to get things going, but she may still be uncomfortable with locking lips. Kissing is a pretty intimate act and maybe she just doesn't feel that she knows and/ or trusts you enough to do that quite yet. There's more to a relationship that just making out and physical contact and that has to come first before you start "necking" or even going further. I'm going to tell you to just go with the flow and that when it happens, it will happen. You're probably young, from what it sounds like, and there's no need to rush things. Slow down and enjoy her company.

She's never done it before and she's scared, It's a very special part of there life you are asking them to shear with you and it's not to be taken lightly. If you don't really love this girl and plan on being with her then don't do a thing to her.

She's probably worried that once you make out, you are going to want to take it to the next level (sex) and she isn't ready for that. Give it some more time and then ask her.
