It doesn't really work without exercise. You can diet, but you would have to limit your calories to right at 1200 a day, however, you will also begin to lose muscle tone if you aren't working your muscles. The best way is a balanced diet, cardio and strength training. If you want to lose weight, you have to commit to the effort. Good luck!

As someon who specializes in helping people lose weight.. I think there is no method where you can achieve results without changing anything ;)

It is just like asking is it possible to be full without eating.. hahahaa..

Do you really want to lose weight? If you can think of 500 reasons why you should lose the weight that you want to lose.. I can assure you that after your 500 reasons, you are likely to be willing to do anything! ;)

walk up stairs or hike up a mountan trail every day for 45 mins a day, drink lots of cold water to fool yout stomach into yhinking its full, also when eating a meal quit eating when you feel the food hit yout stomachmake a habit of that and the weight will pour off
