frost bite is when someone or a body part has been exposed to very low temperatires for a while and then skin dies, if exposure if long enough, body eg toes just die and fall off

Do you mean frost bite? Frost bite happens when your tissues actually freeze. There are varying degrees, depending on how deep the "bite" goes. It can lead to nerve damage, infection (due to inadaquate blood flow to the area), and sometimes amputation if the infection gets too serious.

It's exactly the same thing as frost bite. The tissue FREEZES. You can lose the limb that frost bites, get gang greene and DIE. Yes, it does happen and rather frequently at that.
