Of course it is NOT POSSIBLE, it's not even healthy to lose 10 lbs in 1 week. Ugh, i hope you are really kidding about this.......

IMPOSSIBLE AND VERY DANGEROUS!!! Why are you in such a hurry to lose 10 lbs. You'd be lucky to lose 10 lbs. in a month if you haven't been working out and eating healthy. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day to keep your body flushed of toxins and excess sodium, eat a healthy diet of no less than 1200 calories a day, cardio 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes and weight training 3 time a week for 30-45 minutes. Get started now and you will be closed to 10 lbs. lighter by the middle/end of October. Good luck!

I'm not even going to ask why you're asking this, but here's how fighters get under their weight limit:

Cover yourself head to toe in a suit (called a sauna suit) designed to make you sweat, then go in a dry sauna. All the weight you'll lose over the course of the day will be water, so you'll gain it right back after you re-hydrate, but you can lose up to 20 pounds this way. I doubt you're a boxer or a fighter though.

sadly there is no way that this is possible ... ummm the only fast thing i can think of is ummm the 3 day diet ... but i mean still you dont have enough time for that ... well keep it in mind for next time. good luck and if you do figure out a way to loose them 10 pounds in 32 hours let me know i wanna hear about how u accomplish it.

Throw up and starve, but Im not even sure that will do the trick in 32 hours. Plus its not healthy at all. Why arent you comfortable with your body? Losing weight is good and all but doing it that fast is insane and you need to seek medical help if you think its okay!

If your talking about fat--then no...and even if you were to lose 10 pounds of water in 32 hours....this will not make you look much different in terms of skinnier if this is what your going for.

Beyond radical surgery (from which you would need far more time than 32 hours to properly heal) no, that is not possible.

You can lose about 2 lbs maximum and that is with radical dieting and exercise in 32 hours.

I do not recommend it.

Your only supposed to safely lose 1-2 lbs per week. This is of course if your going the non-surgical route which would still require a down period.

You can't... What you can do:

Drink a lot of water so you don't look bloated. Don't eat salty foods. Do push-ups, squats, and abdominal exercises so that you appear firmer (it's what actors do before they do nekkid scenes).

Don't starve yourself - you'll just end up gaining weight in the long run.

In the end, remember: confidence is sexier than a "perfect" body.
